PM OF LF,CASTER,CRANES ELE AND AUTO SMS1 Preventive Maintenance activities (in G shift or as reqd.) of Electrics and Automation of Equipment of LF, Slab Caster,MSRS,Cranes and its utility telphers of SMS-1 along with their associated equipment which includes the following as per scope of work 1)Preventive Maintenance, Inspection, Housekeeping and any other activities(as reqd.) of all installed equipment/devices and electrical rooms and maintaining daily basis report, inspection and maintenance logbook, any other activity logs and reports in hard copies as well as in computer systems(soft copies). 2)Attend all electrical and automation related to maintenance/any activity(as required),fault findings and troubleshooting. 3)Recording the starting and running current of all motors. 4)Speed/ rotation measurement and vibration measurement of all electrical rotation equipment i.e. motor, fans, pumps, as per check list and on demand. 5)Repair or replacement of all electrical and automation equipment. 6)Ensuring availability of chequered plates in cable tunnels and electrical rooms and rubber mats in front of electrical panels. 7)Checking of all earth pits to be done and value to be logged and corrective action to be taken as per schedule. 8)Downloading, uploading and keeping backups of all parameters related to Electrical Drives and PLCs. 9)All new/ ready Spares for replacement shall be identified with proper justification by the contractor for replacement. 10)To maintain the existing system modification if necessary. 11)Execution of mid campaign and major campaign repairs and annual capital repairs of any unit, equipment and shop. 12)Preparation, installation, removal, inspection, transportation, loading/unloading, storage, inventory management of all the installed motors in Slab Caster, LF, MSRS, Cranes, utility telphers along with their associated equipment shall be in the scope of contractor. Furthermore, fixing/removal of coupling, greasing, other technological inspection/maintenance or any other type of job required for the upkeep of motor. 13)Preventive Maintenance of all other associated equipment and facilities not specified above but mentioned in the scope of work and is within the battery limits of LF, Slab Caster, MSRS and Cranes shall be in the scope of |
